‘Let Me Be Crazy’ is the debut release out of
Grape Records and this fruity new label promises much on the basis of this.
Hailing from Paris, the funky Frenchman Mr Bulostin is an incredibly talented
musician/producer and now runs his very own label focusing on house/club
music – Grape Records.
Songwriter, producer, engineer and remixer Nicolas has previously worked
with many gifted artists and released/remixed for numerous record labels,
so by now he knows the score! His productions have recently been played
on Radio 1 by Lottie and even selected by Roger Sanchez for his recent
‘Release Yourself’ compilation! Thus Bulostin’s first
Grape track is fresh and dynamic house at its best, utilising technology
but not forgetting the music!
The ‘Vocal Mix’ of ‘Let Me Be Crazy’ is a well-arranged
composition of quality elements, including live sounding soft blues vocal
by the soulful Noel and with relentless breakdowns of the track. Young
blood DJ Dan Tait (US, G Club) brings the dance floor touches to the cut
with an additional production credit!
The organic groove builds and builds with the aid of guitars riffs, beats,
synths and layered percussive rhythms. The ‘Dub Mix’ is just
as soulful with a driving bass line for the dance floor and chopped up
crazy vocals. Funky, chunky, house, this is sure to go off with DJ’s
anytime during a set – An instant club classic! A juicy first release
from Grape Records!
